SYNOPSIS
Mariana works in a call center. Her days are marked by insults from angry customers and long commutes on public transportation without seeing daylight. After the sudden death of a coworker, she meets Irene, who starts sending her love poems. While falling in love for the first time, Mariana slowly becomes immune to the hostile world around her and allows herself to break free from the routine.
